W... W... W... Wednesdays ~ May 28, 2014

W... W... W... Wednesdays is a weekly meme hosted by MizB of Should be Reading. To play along, just answer the following questions:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you'll read next?

What am I currently reading? I'm just starting Haunting Mr. Darcy by KaraLynne Mackrory. I'm looking forward to reading this! I have to say that I love this cover. It has a mat finish, which gives it a velvety look, and makes Elizabeth's ghostly picture pop!

What did I recently finish reading? I finished reading Accidentally Yours by Robin M. Helm. It was really good! I'll have a review up in a couple of weeks.

And because I wanted to split up my Pride and Prejudice variations, I read one of the books from my TBR pile (for my TBR challenge), The Statistical Probability of LOVE at First Sight by Jennifer E. Smith. It was a cute read! I could relate to Hadley's anger toward her dad leaving and having to go to his wedding. Loved Oliver too!

What do I think I'll read next?   Again, I'm not sure. I think I'll read The Earl's Enticement by Collette Cameron. I read the first two of the series and loved them, especially the first. I'm looking forward to reading Adaira's story.

What are you reading? I'd love to know!

    1. Hi Stephanie! Is For Want of a Fortune only available to read online? I've pretty much stopped reading online stories, mainly because I prefer books (or Kindle). It's just too hard for me to read online, plus there are so many books to read!! :)

I also looked up The Keys for Love (I can see I'm behind on my JAFF!) and grabbed a copy! Thanks!

I have read A Lasting Love Affair! :D

    2. Yes, For Want of a Fortune is only online. This is actually the first time I've been able to pick up reading again for months. There are just so many stories to choose from. It's hard to pick which ones. I'm trying to distribute between published and online. Wendi's is a shorty story so it took no time at all to read. And I'm 3 books behind on Pod's list. She pushes them out way too fast :)

  2. I really fancy reading The Keys of Love but I have so much already on my kindle! I just finished A Perfect Bride for Mr Darcy by Mary Lydon Simonsen, which I enjoyed, but I like a bit more to change in variations, I thought it was a bit too similar to P&P, but it was nice to see D&E on better terms a bit quicker and Lord Antony was very funny. Next up is some new adult for me, I haven't read anything by J Lynn and her books get great reviews so I am planning to read 'Frigid'. I plan to read Haunting Mr Darcy next month, it looks wonderful!

  3. Hi Ceri! The Keys for Love is a novella, so hopefully a quick read. I love Mary's Lord Antony! He's an amusing character! LOL! It's good that you're mixing up your reading selections too! Keeps it interesting! ;)

  4. I'm reading a memoir called Through the Glass by Shannon Moroney. She actually married a murderer who was reformed and a month into their marriage he kidnaps/sexually assaults two women! It's crazy! But Good!

  5. Hi Stephanie! Wow! That does sound crazy! It must have been a horrible experience to live through. Sounds like an interesting read though.
