There are four books in the series, but I'm devouring them so it shouldn't take long. :)

And you're welcome! It's fun. Thanks for taking the time to comment here; I know how much time it takes visiting everyone!Candy @ So little time...https://www.blogger.com/profile/05308027187577034357noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6650768524127186637.post-36332035069734958412016-09-29T05:29:37.291-07:002016-09-29T05:29:37.291-07:00Good luck with A Clash of Kings! How did you like The Many Lives of Mr. Darcy? I'm part of the upcoming blog tour. Just a guest post, not a review. I love the cover! I can't wait to read your thoughts on it. :)

Have a great week! I love those, too. The alternative history one has my eye and I look forward to your review.

I just finished The Many Lives of Mr. Darcy by Beau North and Brooke West and also Dangerously Charming by Deborah Blake. Now I'm reading Kaki Warner's Texas Tall.Sophia Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07909417504496472472noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6650768524127186637.post-75977949861382480062016-09-28T11:53:43.753-07:002016-09-28T11:53:43.753-07:00Lol, Oloore! Although, of course, they are not always accurate! I kept thinking while reading 'Life As We Knew It', how do they have water when they have no power? Even with their own well, the pump needs electricity - unless it has a manual pump, but then you have to pump it, and she didn't talk about that. But I still loved the story and thought the mom was very smart.

And yes, I should give 'Darcy by Any Other Name' a try! I'm sure Laura did a great job; it just gives me the willies! Lol! I like the thought that Darcy keeps his integrity even in Collins' body. Very interesting! Ha! I can't even imagine Collins' in Darcy's body.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I love hearing your thoughts on DBAPN! I hope you have more time to read this week! :)Candy @ So little time...https://www.blogger.com/profile/05308027187577034357noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6650768524127186637.post-65987908613416826432016-09-28T08:06:04.251-07:002016-09-28T08:06:04.251-07:00I am still reading "Darcy by any other name&q...I am still reading "Darcy by any other name" by Laura Hile (the book is wonderful and a page-turner and I am not a slow reader, it is just that recently and unfortunately time for reading is not among my top priorities). I fully understand your reluctance to try a book with Darcy in Collins' body, I had the same, but the plot and its development and the artful writing style conquers any feelings of trepidation a reader might have. Darcy proves that he is great even as Collins and Collins stays cowardly and petty himself even in fashinable clothes and handsome body. And there are lots of swoony romantic scenes. Well, I have not finished the book yet, so at the moment I can provide no guarantees that the ending is as good as the beginning and the middle part. But still I recommend you to give it a try:)
And I am glad that you liked Life As We Knew It:) I also like survivalist books and movies and consider them to be quick reference manuals for dummies (just in case I might need some ideas).oloorehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13570265161694455143noreply@blogger.com
