What Are You Reading? ~ September 7, 2016

What are you Reading?  Let me know what your current read is, what you recently finish reading, and what you plan on reading next!

Here's my list:

I haven't read much this week, but I did start A Clash of Kings (A Song of Fire and Ice, Bk 2) by George R.R. Martin.

I finished reading Until Now by Cristin Cooper. I really enjoyed it! Billy, the owner of the diner that pregnant 16-year-old Bridget goes to after being kicked out of the house by her father, reminds me of Luke Danes from Gilmore Girls. He is always there for Bridget and her daughter. And he eventually, falls in love with her.

What's next? I'm going to start reading either P.S. I like You by Kasie West or My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand, Brodi Ashton, and Jodi Meadows. :)

    1. Hi, Lipsyy! Both 'My Lady Jane' and 'P.S. I Like You' are from my Uppercase Book Box subscription, so I really need to read them. I'm so behind; I told myself when I signed up for the subscription that I had to read each book, or I had to stop getting the box. Haha! I better get at it! Good thing they both look good to me. :) Thanks!

  2. I have slow reading weeks, too, but the Martin book is pretty big on page count so I imagine that would keep you busy for several days. :)

Oh, the next ones up do sound cute. I hope Lady Jane is good. I look forward to your thoughts on it.

I've got Burning Bright up next and its a historical fantasy then I hope to read Haunting Mr. Darcy.

    1. Hi, Sophia Rose! I did a little TV binge watching and some card making. I got a small jump start on my Christmas cards! :) I don't intend on finishing Martin's book before starting a new one. I figure it will be a slow read. Which is okay with me! :)

Oh, I loved Haunting Mr. Darcy! I'm sure you will too. Have a great week! Thanks for stopping by!

    1. Hi, Kourtni! Yes, they do! I think I'm going to start with 'P.S. I Like You'. When I was looking at it today, I realized that I've read another one of Kasie West's books, 'The Distance Between Us', and really liked it.

You're welcome! Thanks for stopping by mine!

  5. I hope you're enjoying Martin! I'm watching the series right now and loving it. Some things from Book 2 didn't show up until the third season and I'm so glad they're here now! Happy reading!

    1. Hey, Sam! I love the show, too! That's one reason I'm reading the books; I want to see if they differ. I hear they do after book 2. Can't wait to find out! Happy Reading!
