What Are You Reading? ~ December 7, 2016

What are you Reading?  Let me know what your current read is, what you recently finish reading, and what you plan on reading next!

Here's my list:

I just started reading Alight by Scott Sigler. So far so good!

I listened to a bit more of Northern Rain: A North & South Variation by Nicole Clarkston. I'm enjoying it!

No progress on A Clash of Kings by George R.R. Martin this week.

I recently finished reading For Darkness Shows the Stars by Diana Peterfreund, and as much as I love Persuasion by JA and Futuristic/SciFi stories, I could not get into this story. It was okay, good even, but it never grabbed me.

What's next? I think I'll pick up a festive book - Candlelight Christmas by Susan Wiggs. I won a copy of this book from Leatherbound Reviews, and it's been sitting on my shelf for a couple of years now. It's about time to read it!

  1. Ah bummer that FDStS didn't grab you. Loved Northern Rain so hope you continue to like it. Oh boy, had to laugh about your Christmas book sitting there. I have a few like that needing my attention. In fact, I'm picking up an old sci-fi next, The Flight of Mecha.

    1. Hey, Sophia Rose! Yeah, I was bummed. I really wanted to love it. :/ I am enjoying Northern Rain! I decided to continue to listen to it while I run instead of finishing it by reading it. But I don't know, I'm almost at the end and I don't know if I can wait! Haha! Oh yes! It's too easy to leave those books sitting there, especially seasonal ones, when I keep getting new books! Lol! Enjoy The Flight of Mecha!

    1. Thanks, Sam! I'm almost finished with "Northern Rain", and loving it! I decided to finish listening to it while I run, and today I didn't want to stop! Haha! May finish reading it this weekend, but I don't know, I'm loving "Alight" too! The hazards of reading more than one book at a time! ;)

Enjoy your vacation! I started following you on instagram! I'm from AZ, so enjoy the trails!
