What are you Reading? Let me know what your current read is, what you recently finish reading, and what you plan on reading next!
Here's my list:
I'm currently reading Alone by Scott Sigler. I'm about 50 pages in. I've had a bit of a slow start with it. Mostly my fault being distracted by other things, but the first few pages felt awkward to me. It does seem to be flowing better now.
I recently finished The Many Lives of Fitzwilliam Darcy by Beau North and Brooke West. I loved it! It's Groundhogs Day meets Pride and Prejudice. 5/5 stars!
What's next? I think I'm going to read Ever the Hunted by Erin Summerill. Although, that could change depending on how I'm feeling. :)

So, tell me, what are you reading?
Alone and Ever Hunted are new to me. Bummer Alone is off to a slow start for you. Woohoo, I loved Many Faces, too. I hope they write more like this.
ReplyDeleteI'm listening to Deanna Raybourn's A Perilous Undertaking right now. Loving it so far.
Hi, Sophia Rose! Alone is the third in The Generations Trilogy. I loved the first two books. It has a continuous storyline, but I think the retelling or reminders of what happened in the past books was tedious for me. Now that that's out of the way, it should start getting exciting! Let's hope! :)
DeleteOh, yes! I definitely love Many Faces, and that would be fantastic if they wrote more like this!!
I'm glad you're enjoying A Perilous Undertaking. I haven't heard of it before, but it looks like a fun mystery.
I have not yet read the Many Faces and anything by Beau North or Brooke West, but I read lots of praises for this particular book. Maybe I will add it to my reading list soon:)
ReplyDeleteAt the moment I am reading Fear and Trembling by Amelie Nothomb(original title: Stupeur et tremblements - "Amazement and trembling") about the author's experience of working in a japanese company in 90ies. This is a quick read and I would even call it light read (despite the troubles faced and problems raised by the author), but as I love almost everything related to Japan I am eager to quickly consume something new and interesting (even if rather critical).
Hi, Oloore! Yes! I think you should read 'The Many Faces of FD'! It's really good!
DeleteOh, 'Fear and Trembling' sounds really interesting! Looking it up on Amazon the book description says: "disturbing and hilarious," those are two words you don't find together often! Lol! I hope you enjoy it!
