What Are You Reading? ~ May 1, 2019

What are you Reading?  Let me know what your current read is, what you recently finished reading, and what you plan on reading next!

Happy Wednesday, friends! I didn't have any changes last week, so I didn't post. :/

Here's my list:

I'm currently reading The Rain by Gregg Hurwitz. It's okay, but I'm not very far into it at this point. I hope it picks up though.

I recently finished reading The Annotated Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen and David M. Shapard. Hurray! It was excellent, and I enjoyed getting a closer look at Pride and Prejudice. It definitely added to my understanding of, for instance, how an entail works. 5 stars!

What's next? I'm not sure, but I am looking forward to reading Tell Me Everything by Sarah Enni. I picked up this book last week while I was volunteering at the Scholastic Warehouse. I also met the author at the LA Festival of Books! I wish I had her book then so she could have signed it!

  1. Yay for finishing the annotated P&P. I do love his series. I want to read the S&S one next.

I just finished Tightrope by Amanda Quick and haven't decided what to pick up next.

    1. Thanks, Sophia Rose! I'm so glad I stuck with it and finished the Annotated P&P. It would have been easier to just read P&P for my reading group, but I knew if I put the Annotated one aside I wouldn't pick it back up for a long time. It's the first annotated I've read. Yes, S&S would be a good one also.

I hope you enjoy whatever you do pick up next! Have a great week!
